International aerobatic pilot, Mark Jefferies, will be performing one of his stunning aerobatic flying displays at India Aviation 2012 – the International Exhibition and Conference on Civil Aviation – March 14-18, 2012, Hyderabad, India
After the great success of India Aviation 2010, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, jointly with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry is organizing the 3rd edition of India Aviation 2012 from March 14 – 18, 2012 at Hyderabad, India. Mark added, “I’m really looking forward to flying at this event, it will be great to bring world class aerobatics to the Indian spectators. Until recently there has been the Surya Kiran aerobatic formation team of the Indian Air Force, successors to the Thunderbolts. The Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team (SKAT) was formed in 1996. The team has since performed numerous demonstrations in various parts of the country and abroad until sadly being disbanded recently – it was among the few nine aircraft international flying display aerobatic teams in the world – the other two being our Red Arrows and the Canadian Snowbirds.
